Description of service
SiftSync provides AI-powered comment filtering, moderation support, and insight tools designed to surface constructive conversations and reduce harmful content. The service analyzes comment streams to highlight useful conversations and filter unwanted content. YouTube is the first supported platform. Additional platforms, including X, Instagram, TikTok, and others, will be added later as capabilities expand.
User eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use SiftSync. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using SiftSync, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Subscription and payment terms
SiftSync offers a single premium plan priced at $5.99 per month. We currently do not offer free trials. Pricing, billing cycles, and any future promotional or trial details will be shown at checkout and may change with prior notice. Payments are processed through authorized payment providers, and access remains active for the duration of the paid billing period
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Account Management panel inside the SiftSync overlay dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access may continue until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refund policy
Refunds are generally not provided once a subscription payment has been processed. However, exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable law, payment provider guidelines, and the exceptional circumstances explained in our Refund Policy section. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass filters, interfere with performance, reverse engineer, tamper with the app, bypass subscription access controls or paywalls, or use SiftSync for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. We may suspend or terminate access if your use threatens safety, security, payment integrity, platform reliability, or compliance obligations. Where appropriate, we also reserve the right to investigate violations, report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities, and pursue any legal remedies available to protect SiftSync, our users, and our services.

SiftSync provides automated AI summaries and insights that are intended to support your understanding of comment sections. These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace independent judgment or be relied on as legal, professional, or other expert advice.
Platform availability disclaimer
We aim for continuous availability, but service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party platform changes. SiftSync relies in part on integrations with external platforms, and changes to their APIs, policies, or infrastructure may affect functionality outside of our control. We'll work to minimize disruptions and restore full service as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SiftSync is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or other losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for SiftSync in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where the law requires otherwise.

App permissions
To function properly, SiftSync requires certain device permissions:
Accessibility Access – allows SiftSync to read on-screen content within supported apps so it can detect and filter comments in real time.
Display Over Other Apps (Overlay) – allows the SiftSync dashboard to appear on top of other apps, so you can moderate comments while browsing or watching content.
Usage Access – allows SiftSync to detect which app is currently active, so filtering and tools activate on the right platform at the right time.
These permissions are used solely to power SiftSync's core features and are not used to track your activity, collect personal data beyond what's necessary for the app to function, or share information with third parties. You can review or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though doing so may limit or disable SiftSync's functionality.
AI processing
SiftSync uses AI to understand comment text and generate summaries, insights, and safety signals. We limit processing to what is necessary for these features, reduce unnecessary data collection, and do not sell your personal information.
Third-party platforms
SiftSync integrates with platforms like YouTube and will expand to other social networks. Data accessed from these platforms is handled according to their policies and your permissions.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by trusted, industry-standard payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers — sensitive payment information is processed and secured directly by our payment provider in accordance with their own security standards and applicable regulations. We only retain limited transaction information, such as purchase history and billing status, necessary to manage your subscription and provide support.

Because SiftSync is a digital subscription service, payments are generally non-refundable once access to the service has been provided.

Review Process
If you believe you were charged in error, you can request a refund review. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours and will let you know the outcome once your case has been reviewed.

Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge early termination fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in the overlay dashboard of the app. Access may continue until the end of your paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

By using SiftSync, you acknowledge that digital subscription access may continue until the end of the billing period after cancellation, and that refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in line with the policy above.
